Where: Christ Lutheran Church,
            Gather up in the Stephen's room then move into individual classrooms

Why: to make new friends and learn more about Jesus, all at the same time

How: just fill in a registration form and come

Special invitation to parents, grandparents, etc. – there are opportunities for you to be involved as well. We still need a few teachers, classroom helpers, and substitute teachers. We’ll also need some additional help with the Christmas and Spring programs.

Sunday School

Our Sunday school is an environment for creative children's ministry. Children and teachers get together to pray, sing and to study. Our young people are actively involved in Sunday School teaching -- a healthy sign and a hope for the future!
 

What Is Sunday School?

Sunday School is a program offered on Sunday mornings at Christ Lutheran. Classes are offered for age three through high school.

The goal of our Sunday School is to teach God's truth to our children, assist families in the spiritual education of their children and show our children that their faith is relevant now and will be throughout their adult lives.
 

Purpose of Christ Lutheran Sunday School

The Sunday School of Christ Lutheran Church functions for one and only one purpose: "To make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." (Matthew 28:19-20)

Disciple making is not an isolated incident or experience, but rather a lifelong process of Christian growth, development, and learning. A primary concern of our Sunday School is to nurture the faith development of those children and young adults entrusted to our spiritual care.
